When I try to enable with drush or enable modules page it says
"Requires: Libraries (2.x) (incompatible with version )"
"Module twitter_bootstrap_ui cannot be enabled because it depends on libraries[error]
(2.x) but is available" on Drush

I have the latest dev version of Libraries.

Same here. This is critical because it makes it impossible to enable and user the module.

Does not work with latest 2.x dev version of libraries
Does not work with 2.x-alpha version either

Make sure you are using the dev version of twitter bootstrap ui. The recommended version has different functionality and isn't getting same attention that the dev version is getting right now.

you are able to enable a module with a dependency on Libraries 2.x using Drush 5.3

latest dev works, closing
