phpmysqldump if mysqldump is not available

Backup module uses mysqldump, but on many shared webhostings the Apache user runs in chrooted environment and the tools needed for Backup to work are not available at all.

Phpmysqldump.class could be used - at least for easy SQL backing up.

With a configuration option for enabling it and a default pointing to current backup funcionality it will be great. Just an idea ;)
