Suggest only mode

Issue Summary

Brilliant work! After some preliminary testing, the results returned from Yahoo! Term Extraction are inconsistent (which is of course not your error). For example, on two pages that are Drupal tutorials one returned the tag "Drupal" and the other returned the tag "Drupal cms".

One solution would be to turn on a suggest only mode and use Ajax to put a suggestion form where terms could be clicked and transfered into the Taxonomy field.

Another possible interface would be a separate popup window, something like this.
