fresh install of Cforge - This appears ontop of every page.
Any ideas?

I also get this message when I run cron
warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/randrand/bank.soundeconomics.org/profiles/cforge/modules/offers_wants/offers_wants.module on line 453.

Please post issues separately, in principle.
For now, please remove the ampersand from
/home/randrand/bank.soundeconomics.org/profiles/cforge/modules/offers_wants/offers_wants.module on line 608
The cron thing is left over diagnostics and won't affect normal running.
These are both fixed in HEAD
