I installed this module and after taking a longtime to enable it completed but then my admin overlay disappeared. I got some errors about menu.inc and now I can't get the overlay back. I've tried caches/cron/different theme/turning the module on and off, nothing works.
Sorry I wish I had more info, but I also wish I had my admin overlay back

Jct: I just had the same problem and found no answer here. What am I supposed to do? I see no answer since last April. Are you still locked out?

Jct: How do I get to wherever to do that without my admin overlay? Do I have to learn Drupal 6?

simon georges commented@John Turnel: you don't need the overlay to access administration menus. If you really don't see any way to navigate into Drupal administration, just go to /admin/modules by directly typing the URL.

TheCrow commentedSometimes while loading a bunch of module someone could get disabled, this should be related to the memory limit, i had a similar situation while loading a version of ctools and panels and more than one module got disabled after that. Just enable them again as Simon said.
