We are small UK based web development team looking for a Drupal 7 themer to work with us to complete a live project.
We are working on a multi-site Drupal build for a UK client. The multi-site is handled by the domain module (http://drupal.org/project/domain) and most of the site is built from a functionality point-of-view. The remaining functionality should not require too much theming and we may well be able to handle any tweaks these present internally. However, what we need at the moment is someone to theme the site from the design files we currently have. The theming has been started and the standard Drupal methods have been followed. However, we don't mind if you wish to start with a fresh install using Zen or even a different base theme to implement the design completely as long as this doesn't dramatically affect the timescale or the price. Panels have been used to create most of the layouts and muchomenu has been used to make the menus that appear on hover (http://drupal.org/project/1077858). CSS has been used to control much of the appearance of those menus. This can be changed if absolutely necessary (if there's strong reasons why it won't work for the final site) but it seems to work just fine at the moment. Each site in the multi-site install requires only minimal changes in the theme (e.g., colour, not layout).
