I have the same problem. I'm using Footheme with Pixture Reloaded and CSS3PIE. I've tried both the css3pie module and downloading the library and installing directly. I've edited the behaviour path to point to the library using all sorts of combinations of paths from full-direct to site-root or file relative and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Has anyone got css3pie to work in drupal with Footheme / pixture re-loaded?

Edit: I can see on this url from friendly drupal css3pie that the author gives an example of it working with a bartik subtheme - and with what looks like a url relative to the site root...

You can use an absolute path or one relative to your home folder root. If you are doing all these things, and nothing is working, one assumes either you are doing something wrong all the time (read the PIE docs, not all servers can support the HTC version of PIE) or your CSS is wrong.
