According to a CVS log on June 8, a README.txt is supposed to be in the tarball but isn't. No big deal, but I'm wondering if the mixup explains why the module isn't currently working (because of the missing Country dropdown).

In this case, I just forgot to 'add to CVS' the README since it was a new file for this upload. I've corrected that and it's now in CVS and once the project is updated by cron, it will be in the tarball.
