I think I can cobble it in, but a "Price" field would be swell by default.

I'll look into adding this shortly. I assume you're referring to the price you paid for the book -- that's the field I'll add. (Not the cost to purchase, as this is too variable)

While you are at it, I am also cobbling in a "photo" field to accomodate jacket photos ... just using the URL of the photo.

I just mean the cover price, which is sort of a standard field in book reviews, though I guess that a person could use the field for all sorts of things.
