Enforce normal vocabulary restrictions when tagging nodes

I've noticed that this module allows users to tag a node to a term even if the node's type isn't permitted in the vocabulary, and provides a disclaimer on the form stating so. Since I'd rather not let my users make that kind of mistake, I've written a patch that does some validation in taxonomy_multi_edit_operations_categorize() and removes the disclaimer from the form.
