Add a "View documentation" link to the project's page (left sidebar, "Resources" section)

...it seems that people fail to spot the link to it where it is now (in the project's description). It seems that people expect to see a "View documentation" link in the "Resources" section of each d.o project and consider absence of the link to also mean absence of documentation. So, how about also adding it there too like every other d.o project does it. Thanx ;)
