Undefined offset: 3 in _edit_section_get_offsets

I tried pulling the DEV version down, but it looks like the repo might be broken or something? The last commit to 7.x-1.x is 13 months ago. Attaching my version of the code based off of beta which removes the errors and uses text_format to show a wysiwyg if available.

I'd be willing to help maintain 7.x if you would like. I am using this for the drupal_wiki profile.
