When not logged in slideshow is not working irrespective of the browser

I have tried many things within the code to fix this issue, but the images of the default slideshow of corporate clean appears as stacked in all the browsers. When logged in the slideshow works. It seems to me, as the problem of jquery.cycle not being called.
