The goal of this patch is to provide a convenience function on the block visibility page so that users can show blocks only on nodes of a certain type.

A possible further enhancement would be to provide a second argument array that specifies the allowable arg(3) values so that someone could specify a block to be shown only on the "edit" view of nodes of specific types - for example.

fixed in 5 - not HEAD. I don't like maintaining two branches unless they target different core versions...
