Is there any plans to add a field to show only 'x' amount of rows on the report? How about paging the result set?

There isn't, but it sounds like a cool idea, especially using the paging feature.

This feature has been added to the DRUPAL-4-7 and DRUPAL-5 branches. It is partially implemented in that it displays the results in groups of 20 per page. Future official releases will allow the user to specify the number of results to display per page, for each report.
