I am running the latest version of ckeditor http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/ckeditor-7.x-1.8.zip
In my reports I get this:
Database updates Out of date
Some modules have database schema updates to install. You should run the database update script immediately.
When I go to run the update it shows me this:
ckeditor module

I cannot find that node reference by the way; adding the appropriate chars to the URL generates a 404, and a search on the number and node references calls up unrelated issues to modules that I have not installed.
When I run the update, script its telling me to run, I get no errors, the error log shows nothing, but the status report will not clear, it still shows the database as out of date. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and re-installed the CKEditor component (running update after uninstall). Nothing seems to work, and without any error log, I'm afraid that I'm lost as to what could be wrong.
Do I need to make some manual changes to my DB? Where can I find that detail? I've turned on log everything and I'm not seeing any errors, but my site still reports problems, and this is the only one shown. I've no idea where to turn next.
