Description
A set of feeds, one feed for each licence option; so, for example, one can see a feed with "all items that are CC BY-NA". Sites that collect information by license may find this useful. The Creative Commons site currently has a search facility, but they populate their index with a regular search engine. If they also took feeds they'd have much cleaner info to profide those who search their site.

yes, this would be very useful!

You can use taxonomy.
Set up a separate vocabulary for your licenses, one term for each license. Then use the syndication module for creating different feeds based upon your taxonomy term.
#3
true, that would also accomplish this.
veridicus, what did you have in mind, exactly?

This was Ber Kessels' idea. The goal is to have one feed per license. Each feed would return all (or maybe 10 most recent?) nodes which are set to that license.
Having the licenses set as a taxonomy would actually create other new features, like browsing the site by license. I'll look into it further.
