Create a configural timeout for retrieving yahoo terms

Sometimes requesting yahoo term extraction can last minutes.

There should be a configurable timeout that lets a site administrator decide for how long yahoo_terms should wait for a response from yahoo.

Along with this feature some sort of overview of which nodes where skipped would be good.

This feature could be especially important, when nodes are being tagged on cron time and a slow reaction from yahoo causes cron timing issues.
