I am trying to find a solution for this from years:

When I show my clients the cms, I try they do things without help at first.
So when they want to create a new page, they always try to create a menu item first...
We power users know that's not possible because the content doesn't exist yet, but the problem here is about the workflow, users expect to start the creation of the content at the menu level. So my question is why don't we provide a link on the menu item creation to a node creation, and when that node is saved, this node is linked to the menu automatically...

I also saw this problem when Lullabot did the user testing months ago, but its been hard for me to express this in plain english, and drupal users in always have an answer for everything, like well just do this or that. The problem is not on my side, I know how to use the CMS from years, the problem is that we should make drupal intuitive for the final users, and I think this module have this same goal.

Now what I am saying applies to D7 as well, and I think it would be interesting if this module address this issue, (at least this is the more related solution I have seen so far).
