This is similar to #1376902. Due to the CTools plugin information being invalid BEAN triggers a notice for each BEAN type when the bean_admin_ui module is enabled.

The raw error string passed to watchdog by CTools is Plugin @plugin of plugin type @owner:@type points to nonexistent file @file for class handler @class.

Patch against HEAD coming right up.

Hm, http://drupal.org/node/1359912 updates the API and says we should just declare stuff in .info file.
Is it an upstream bug from ctools?
