drupal.org and subsites are running outdated versions of the Bakery module. Recent developments to the Bakery codebase will require all d.o sites to be running the latest versions.
Note, alpha3 comes with a change to the SSO cookies which will mean any authenticated users will not be able to maintain SSO to subsites after deployment until they re-authenticate.
Should we force logout all users after deployment?

drumm#570018: Auto rebake cookies if logged-in on master would keep users logged in, but needs a bit more attention before proceeding. I'm not sure about the scope of that issue, since users are actually logged out of the master site if their SSO cookie is bad or missing.
