I have updated jquery_update module as it is required for uniform module of drupal, now GMap marker is not showing on the map.As the jquery_update has updated jquery version to 1.4 can anyone help me to solve the issue.

This is not critical.

Mainly because it is 3rd party module integration and it doesn't critically break the site.
