Definition for file_revisions is missing key_components

Description
There are no #key_component defined for file_revisions in importexportapi_system.module
Although it is posing any problem with import/export for files metadata, the documentation clearly says there has to be #key or #key_component in an array like file_revisions. Attached patches makes fid and vid as key_compoenents.
