Just makes a few little changes:
- Fixes some indenting problems
- Fixes format of PHPDoc comments
- Adds $Id$ tags to all the files
- Changes the settings path from admin/settings/uploadpaths to admin/settings/uploadpath
- Removes version = "$Name$" from .info file as this is now considered harmful
