I would love to use drupal for my website, but the problem is that i have forum with many users (relative for the site) and some posts. And i would hate to make them reregister, as this would probably set the end of my forums. That i would not want to happen.
So, is there a way to convert to Drupal form IBP?

Sorry for bumping
But i have another questions. Would it be easy to convert my old CMS Siteframe into Drupal. All the comments (not so very important), news (very important) and users?
And how about placing the IBP database into the Drupal forum database, is that possible or not.

Well, the fact that you didn't get an answer should give you some ideas. Probably nobody knows the answer or nobody knows what IBP is.
In other words your question is badly phrased.

If you have troubles with a particular contrib project, please consider filing a support request. Thanks. And, by the way, Drupal 4.5 does not work with PHP 5.

Hi Ingard..
I haven't heard of IBP but I can tell you this...importing a bunch of users information from something like excel is a breeze with one note...make sure you update the SEQUENCES table after you're done. i.e. make sure the number of users in that table matches the UID number of the last user imported from excel.
I'm not a php/sql expert but found it very easy using navicat (navicat.com) which is a very simple to use sql manager.
So, if you export your users from IBP into an excel type sheet it's simple to transfer across,
Assume you can do the same with the news content...
Hope that's of use..

I greatly appreciate your answer. Well, if you think it is easy I will at least try. And when I think about it the only thing you actually need to do is to move tablecontent in a table with one name into a table with another name.
IBP is Invision Power Board, and it came as a surprise that none of you haven't even heard of one of the biggest discussionboards around.
