Issue Summary
add support for Yahoo Video, MSN live video, Vimeo, MojoFlix, Grouper, redbalcony.
look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_video_services for more.
maybe figure out another system for including new providers, as we'll be having 2 dozen or more include files by the time it's all done.
look at transformer module to see if that can be hooked in to make things easier.
