We need a feature to uninstall troll using drupal. To remove all troll related mysql table.

I've patched the troll.install file to add in the hook_uninstall().

I've also redone the existing PostgreSQL support to fix a few issues.

I don't know how many people would require an additional troll_update_N() function to fix PostgreSQL stuff so I've ignored that for now.
