I'm trying to make it as easy as possible for a non savvy user to upload an image file.
Currently File Attachments appears after Input Format and Location (which is open).
I would like to move input format to the bottom and have File attachments at the top. I would also like to have File attachments already open so that it is instantly apparent that this is where you browse for and attach your file.
So I am asking for two things.
How to move the posting options and how to have File attachments appear already opened.
