If points are moderated is there any desire to retain the information about whom originally submitted the points? Currently the DB only retains approver_id, which is meant for the person that approved the moderation. Would it be desirable to add another column called submitter_id which would contain the UID of the person that added the points to the system?
This way if users add points to other users, you'll know whom originally submitted the request and also who approved the point request.
I'd be willing to roll this patch for 4.7
