Add "destination" to links in Status Report page

This is just a bit of a UX improvement. After making the appropriate configuration changes that the Respondjs module recommends in the Status Report page, instinctively the next thing to do is check back to the Status Report to see if things are working A-OK. The patch in the comments will add a "destination" query string to some of the links so that they will automatically take you back to the Status Report page, instead of having to manually navigate manually.
