We have a need for groups of categories on the Contact List page.

ex:
Customer Service

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Product Issues
  • Product Feedback / Testimonials
  • General Information

Sales

  • Eastern US
  • Western US
  • Canada
  • Mexico
  • South America

Would this enhancement be fairly simply to implement?
Maybe 1 - 2 levels of sub-groups?

The best way to do this is to create a page (maybe called Directory) and lay it out exactly how you want it with links to the correct contact pages.

The paths to the contact forms are "contact/{category}"

Then just ignore the contact/list page.
