After successful upload i get this error:
"The selected file /home/www/radio could not be copied."
The audio file can then be played end everything but that error is confusing for users.

What am i doing wrong?

This should probably be filed as an issue against the audio module on its project page so that the developer can look into it. Insure you state which version of the audo.module you are currently using.
