I would like to change the message above, It currently appears outside the themed section I've setup as a sort of template for the emails I send out and it's rather annoying to be honest. The ability to set blocks of html to be placed in front of and after the message content (in the admin section) would be incredibly useful for signatures/disclaimers and also logos etc and header messages. It would open this module up as a very useful marketing tool.

I've wanted to do something about that message, also. I think what I will do is make it an optional admin setting, so people can do what the want with it, even eliminating it altogether, and then make sure it's part of the theming process.

I created admin options for specifying a message prefix and suffix, which also means that you can opt to have nothing in both. That update is here: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=76434
