I have followed the uninstall options (disable --> click uninstall), but when I go back to the modules page, it is still sitting there. How can I uninstall this so I can reinstall it properly?

I'm new to drupal, so I'm afraid you'll have to pretend you're talking to an 8 year old when you tell me what to do. Example: I have no idea where to find my "database" and manually delete it. NO idea. My apologies in advance.

@ReneeDiana first of all why you need reinstall this module ? What problems do you have ?
