I am installing now. After installing all the modules 100%, I see red error messages(notice).
Then I changed root directory permission to writable.

Yes, the first set of errors were rights/permissions issues. After you fixed this, the second set of errors were probably from two apps which I think are presently broken, careers and portfolios, I think, so you could just ignore those for the time being....
