img06.jpg; this image is not showing up for this template; At one point it showed now it doesn't; I have reinstalled and also installed on a sub domain and still no success. Could you follow this issue thank you.

I downloaded, checked, deleted, redownloaded, rechecked, redeleted, and repeated this process several times. I can't seem to recreate this issues on any of the 4 browsers I checked against.

If you have site caching enables, turn it off. Try clearing your cache on your browser, or reloading a page using ctrl+F5. It seems to be an isolated issue.

I just figured it out. Your site needs a site slogan. The image is the background for the site slogan.
