Notice: Undefined index: parent_wrapper in field_ui_table_pre_render() (line 145

Right after I add and activate module Private messages 7.x-1.2 (other private message sub module not enable),
and go to config, and togle between tabs, i get this error:

Notice: Undefined index: weight in field_ui_table_pre_render() (line 161 of C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal7\modules\field_ui\field_ui.admin.inc).

Step to reproduce:
- Add & enable module Private messages 7.x-1.2
- go to module config (current tab: PRIVATE MESSAGE SETTINGS)
- go to tab: MENAGE FIELD <---------------- nothing happened
- go to tab: MENAGE DISPLAY <------------- nothing happened
- go to tab: MENAGE FIELD <---------------- bug here (error message)
- go to tab: PRIVATE MESSAGE SETTINGS <--- nothing happened
- go to tab: MENAGE DISPLAY <------------- nothing happened
- go to tab: PRIVATE MESSAGE SETTINGS <-- bug here (error message)

so everytime i change my tab from MENAGE DISPLAY, to any tab, error warning comes out.
this also happened on 7.x-2.x-dev

should I open this issue on core field UI too?
