user warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "CRM/Block/Subject.tpl" in /home/whispero/public_html/care/modules/civicrm/packages/Smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095.

Along with it not being able to read many other things in that php file. Help!

If you disable this module, are you able to bring up CiviCRM without errors? If not, this may be a CiviCRM installation problem. Also check $civicrm_root in civicrm.settings.php

I'm having the same problem.

The difficulties is that CRM/Block directory doesn't exist!

It's actually in the Civicrm/Template directory, which for some reason wasn't in my zip file so I've uploaded it now.

This sounds like a CiviCRM problem and not a CiviCRM Active User problem.

@bobo, if you disable CiviCRM Active User and the problem still persists, then it's a CiviCRM problem that should be addressed in the CiviCRM support forums.

i am having the same problem. Permissions are ok, the file is there, and i still get the error. Any other ideas?
