I have tried everything I can think of but for some reason when I am logged in, I can see all the links, when I log out, I only get one.

I have checked permissions and whatnot but still cant seem to get the other to display for non-logged in users.

Not sure why, but this issue suddenly is no longer...the links show up fine.
