Add wrappers for common debug functions

It can be annoying to try and use krumo() or dpm() when Devel isn't enabled, when you are logged out or testing a user without permissions and also in certain places where Devel isn't available.

We should create a wrapper function that automatically includes krumo and calls the function for us!
