I've attached a patch the changes the interwiki help link from an escaped tag back into a link.

This bug is pretty exasperating and I've had several complaints from my users about it. It would be great if the fix could be committed soon...

I have expanded the above patch to fix the same problem in the help page. This should get rid of all escaped link tags.

Sorry it's taken me so long to get around to applying this patch. I'm not a fulltime Drupal developer and don't use CVS very often.
