I notice that any user (anonymous and registered) have access to see

admin/reports/simplenews/statistics

And can see the "open" and "click" pages of each newsletter

Are you running alpha3 or latest dev? I think this problem was already fixed in latest dev.

I'm using alpha3, and already change the access options in each view by hand. You recommend use the 3.x-dev version?

If you're happy with alpha3 stick with that and wait for alpha4. The current dev version is only recommended if you want to test and improve the module.
