It would be be extremely handy if block cache would retain the dynamic functions of block modules like DHTML menu and JS Tools's active menu. I tried to include the javascript for drupal.js from DHTML menu in page.tpl.php and it works with FireFox but completely breaks (white screen of death) in IE, Opera and Safari.

Closing old issues. JS can't be added in the block with caching. There is another issue out there about looking at that in D6 where block caching is in core.
