The Entity API plugin has been committed with some todo's and some missing features. Attached patch contains a couple of fixes that have been developed for various internal projects and now I think it's time they make it back to the base class.

- support for revisions as destination key
- replace rollback() with bulkRollback()
- a fix from #1292014: DB errors on product migration with DESTINATION system-of-record

Looks good to me.

And #1292014: DB errors on product migration with DESTINATION system-of-record was already RTBC.
