I could create the theme for you.
I could create the theme for you. You need a theme with regions defined specific to your needs.
You could have a look at http://drupal.org/project/Themes for themes that may be close to yours and work with it or create your own theme using http://drupal.org/node/509.

I've seen one like that
There was one that I saw in the themes list that is similar to that and could be easily changed. It said something about automatically moving the left sidebar to the right, which is what that one does.

Take a look at Vertigo
Take a look at Vertigo theme.
Or choose a theme you like and modify left sidebar to float to the right hand side OR add in custom regions, pretty easy to do.
Note that Vertigo breaks my drupal setup totally, still yet to trace to the problem source as it is not seen even in Apache log. Nothing get loaded once I set it as default theme. Just remove the theme folder if it breaks yours.
