Provide ability to change the text in the block

A custom recently asked to change the message

Enter your email address to subscribe to %group_name.

To something else... so I added an element in the admin page form to pull this from a variable. I've attached the patch here just in case the maintainer or someone else needs this. I think it's a fairly simple change and something that could be useful for others.
