When I try and go to some of my administration pages (/admin/build/modules, /admin/build/menu, /admin/settings/uploads, etc), I get the following error message:

Temporarily Unavailable
The website that you're trying to reach is having technical difficulties and is currently unavailable.
We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it. Thank you for your patience.

If I refresh my browser (FF 11, Chrome 19, Safari 5), the error message goes away.

I'm closing it because the issue was created a long time ago without any further steps.
