- add two 10% discount coupons..
- total was $159.00 expected $15.90 and $14.31 for the two discounts.
- but they are $30.21 and $30.21

Yes, I was testing further and I noticed this problem, I've used the same approach than in the fixed amount coupons, but it will probably raise for you #1530292: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size
