Possible to link to item in View?

Is it possible, with this module, for the menu link to link directly to the item (a node or a file download field in the node) referenced in the View? That's actually what my goal is (a menu link to the most recently posted node).

I tried using "" in the Path for the link, but I get a message telling me I have not selected a View (even when I have).
