I'm starting an open thread here on this task. This is being actively developed on the dev branch. Looking for ideas.

Right now the module will take the first "file" in the view and add it to the playlist. It takes the first "image" in the view and that becomes the stage poster/jcarousel thumbnail. For the title it's using the filename. With media youtube fields it uses the youtube thumbnail and the filename is the actual youtube title of the video.

Only one video file and one image is getting pulled from each node at present. If you have say ten videos in a node and want them all in a playlist then use the field formatter for now.

One very cool mission accomplished is that it is now possible to use the media feeds module and the projekktor views display to create automatically updating playlists from any selection of youtube users...and also have automatically populated jcarousel video titles and thumbnails. I hope to have a tutorial up soon on how to do this. It's actually not very hard.
